Project update 01/07/2026

Hi everyone

The testing, commissioning, and handover of the treatment works have been completed. The treatment works have been handed back to Northumbrian Water, and they have issued a "Takeover Certificate" for the completed civils, mechanical, electrical, and process works.

Our site team will return to the treatment works to construct a new section of footpath between the return pump kiosk and the adjacent footpath. These works will be completed in the Summer. The upgraded plant is fully operational and is working to the required standards.
