Thriving Catchments: Developing Catchment & Nature-Based Solutions in Partnership - Northumbrian Water working with The Rivers Trust, have developed a strategic partnership to support the development and delivery of integrated catchment management and catchment solutions for the North East of England. This partnership is approaching water company investment in a way that delivers wastewater treatment requirements using natural solutions where possible. These catchment and nature-based solutions deliver multiple benefits, helping to deliver better outcomes to water quality while also improving biodiversity for the benefit of nature and local communities.
