NWL Leakage Study

Northumbrian Water are collaborating with communities to proactively reduce leaks as well as protecting the environment. Our supply partner Hydrosave will be conducting the work on our behalf.

To support the scheme, we will need to complete a connectivity survey using logging equipment to ascertain any leakage within the water network. During this work, there will be no interruption to your supply, and we will not require internal access to your property but may see us on your driveway or garden depending on where the water meter chamber is located.

Hydrosave will be in the area conducting these surveys and fitting loggers on our behalf. The loggers will be in place for up to ten working days and then we will reattend to remove them. Should any concerns be highlighted, we may need to carry out further investigation work and will contact you to discuss this and provide further advice. Thank you in advance for your co-operation.
