This investment will not only resolve the flooding problems for these properties but also benefit the wider community by enhancing the capacity and functionality of the sewer network. By ensuring the network can handle current and future demands, this project reduces the potential for flooding and increases overall infrastructure reliability. Community Hub Admin Team 5 months ago Hi everyone,We recently wrote to you to provide our information regarding the reinstatement of Gresham Road.Further discussions with the project team, sub contractors and Middlesbrough Borough Council have taken place which have led to some changes in our resurfacing plan.The resurfacing works will now take place on 11th – 13th November.We have been able to reduce the programme from 5 days to 3 days by changing our traffic management to stop and go signs instead of a full road closure.To ensure we can complete the project safely and efficiently, we will require residents to move their vehicles from the designated area temporarily until the work is completed.If there are any questions, concerns or assistance required for relocating your vehicle, please speak to a member of the site team on 07866830487.Or email the team at MMBcustomerserviceteam@mottmac.comWe appreciate the work we do can be disruptive to local communities, so we would like to take this opportunity to say thank you for your patience and cooperation whilst working in your area.Thank you, The Project Team

We have been carrying out some preparation work by excavating with a Vac Ex along Gresham Road to prepare for our tie in works and have been doing some investigation work to determine the new downstream connection. Go Vocal Admin8 months ago Hi everyone, An update on the work we are carrying out in your area We recently wrote to you about our work to install a new sewer pipe along Bow Street and Gresham Road, and the requirement for completing this work in phases to try and minimise disruption as much as possible. Since our last update, Phase 1, 2 and 3 have been completed. As part of the final phase of our work, we need to return to the area of Phase 1 due to unforeseen ground conditions and to ensure smooth transition into the network. This will be called Phase 4.A road closure will be in place from week commencing 4 August 2025 and we anticipate that this section of the work will take around 7 weeks to complete. Our working hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Once we have completed our work, we will write to you to let you know.We will maintain emergency access during our working hours, ensuring emergency vehicles can get as close to the properties as possible.We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Go Vocal Admin10 months ago Good afternoon, all,I hope you are well and enjoyed the weekend.I thought I’d share some of the recent progress made by the team on Site.The temporary tarmac reinstatement is now complete to phase 3a and the service mark up and location has been completed to phase 3b. As well as this, the saw cutting of road to phase 3b completed.The prep work is ongoing for Northumbrian Water Service diversion clash with manhole 2 construction.Please don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any questions that you’d like to ask us regarding the work.

Go Vocal Admin1 year ago Since my last update, a lot of great work has happened on Site, and I want to share this with you.Throughout phase 1, the Site have produced an excellent product ensuring the safety of one another and the residents whist carrying out the work. All pipelaying has been completed and all shoring from phase 1 has now been removed and off hired. The road reinstatement works have been carried out to allow phase 1 to reopen.The Traffic Management System has now been condensed and the respective contractors have been booked in and confirmed, ready for us to switch over on to phase 2 this week, following our letter drop last week and I am pleased to report that we are slightly ahead of the programme.I have included some photographs in my update should you wish to take a look at the great work.As always, if you have any questions regarding the work, please don’t hesitate to add a comment in the box below and a member of the Project Team will respond accordingly.

Go Vocal Admin1 year ago You may have noticed that works are now progressing on Site and all Traffic Management (TM) is now in place to allow the Site Team access to the required areas and also ensure the safety of all residents.Whilst the first phase of the works is underway and the TM is in place, vehicular access to Falkland Street will be maintained via Parliament Road. During this time, the one-way system along Falkland Road will be temporarily suspended and will be back in use once the road closures on Glebe Road is removed and we commence with the phase 2 works.We will try to maintain emergency access during our working hours, ensuring emergency vehicles can get as close to the properties as possible.Should you have any questions regarding the works, then please dont hesitate to add a comment in the box below and a member of the Project Team will respond accordingly.
