Esh Winning Sewage Treatment Works

We are investing £4m to improve the performance of our sewage treatment works at Esh Winning. The work will involve the installation of new equipment which will provide additional chemical removal before the final waste is discharged. This will aid Northumbrian Water in improving the quality of rivers and coastal waters for the benefit of people, the environment and wildlife.

Estimated End Date: March 2025

Go Vocal Admin1 year ago Hello all, As mentioned previously the team have been testing and commissioning the system within Esh Winning Sewerage Treatment Works.Further testing will be required and you will see the team onsite week commencing 28 April 2025 for 7 days.
