We're pleased to introduce a project at Morpeth and provide an overview of the planned work.
🚧 From late October 2026, we'll begin work at Morpeth Wastewater Treatment Works to improve our treatment processes and support future growth in the local area. The project is expected to take around two years to complete and will include new treatment facilities and upgrades to existing equipment. These improvements will help us treat wastewater more effectively and further improve the quality of water returned to the River Wansbeck.
