@Mark Longstaff Hi Mark, thanks for your comment. We’re really pleased to see interest in the project. This is a project that will include two important elements, both aimed at protecting and improving the local environment. We are currently in the latter stages of planning the work, but it will include upgrades to our Bishop Auckland sewage treatment works, enhancing the final treated effluent that returns to the environment at the end of the treatment process, and reducing the frequency of spills from six storm overflows in the area. We’ll be sharing further information soon, along with regular updates on this page as the project progresses, including key milestones and the works taking place.
