Project Update - July 2026
From August the lead pipe replacement programme will be working in the following roads, replacing our communication pipes, which connect the water main in the road to the boundary box for each property.

To check your water supply pipe, we need to carry out a quick survey. Many residents in this area have already had this survey carried out. If that is the case, there’s no need to contact us again. If you have not yet had a survey and would like one, please get in touch.
While carrying out our work, if we discover that your water supply pipe is made of lead we will contact you to offer a free replacement. Any work on your property will only be carried out with your permission.
Although this section of pipework is the homeowner's responsibility, we're offering to replace it as part of this programme of work.
