We just want to take a minute to introduce ourselves to you all, we work for the contract partner, Esh Stantec who will be delivering the work in this area. I had the pleasure to speak to many of you while I was in the area last week. For those I didn't manage to speak to, you will start to see Christine, Alice and I in the area more, please feel free to approach us and the crews and ask any questions.
As the letter mentions this essential work will help to protect and improve the water quality in the River North Tyne and ensure that the treatment facility in Bellingham remains resilient. Over the next couple of weeks to team will be setting up our compound area and bringing in essential materials and equipment.
