The Team on Site have made some great progress this last month so far so I wanted to share this with you:
We have powered up the new MCC on the 2nd of January, when we returned after the Christmas break and this week, we successfully turned a flow through our works meeting our programme date.
The flows now run through the new Inlet Screen, Balance Tank, Primary Settlement Tank and Syphon Chamber before being distributed on the Filter by the new distributor arms and the improvements we have made mean the works can now treat more sewage before a spill to storm occurs.
The next stage for us is to convert the existing Primary Settlement Tanks into Storm Tanks to increase the Storm water storage capacity of the works.
Ad you can see, this is a great start to the year for sure.
