Hello,
Allow me to introduce myself – I’m Joe Williamson, Northumbrian Water’s Project Manager responsible for the improvement works at Seahouses Sewage Treatment Works.
These works will refurbish part of the treatment works to provide more effective and resilient wastewater services for the local community and wider region.
You may have already noticed our trusted delivery partner, Mott MacDonald Bentley, beginning to set up the site and working area. Construction is now underway, and we expect the project to be completed by December 2026.
The team will continue to post updates on this Community Hub, providing key information on progress, upcoming activities and any important project news.
