We are working in a new area of Whitley Bay

Northumbrian Water’s lead replacement programme is now contacting customers in a new area of Whitley Bay. If your street is shown on the map, we’ll already have been in touch by letter or will be contacting you soon.

We’ve had a high level of interest locally, so please bear with us while our delivery partners, United Living, arrange appointments. If you haven’t yet booked your free survey, get in touch and United Living will get back to you to arrange a visit to survey your water supply pipe.
