Hello everyone
Please see below an update on our works around the Avon Road and Park Road areas.
Avon Road
Progress has been a steady start due to the number of services we've encountered after making the connection to the existing drain. The road crossing is now installed to a point, so the attenuation tank can be installed on Lenin Terrace.
We're making good progress on the diverted foul sewer, running up Marx Crescent with all topsoil stripped and drainage installation in progress.
We'll have more updates to come over the next few weeks so please keep your eye out for them.
Park Road
We're currently working on the upsizing of the combined sewer on Rydal Avenue which is due to completed in the coming weeks.
The storage tank and flow control chamber has now been installed within the Greenlands grassed area with only the headwalls and reinstatements to complete.
We continue with surface water separation on Hustledown Road grass verge and recommence with combined sewer upsizing at the top of Hustledown Road.
