Project Update 27/04/2026

Hi all,

Please see below an update on site activities planned for this week:

• The final surface will be laid along both the Northern and Southern access roads, with both roads expected to be fully complete by the end of next week.
• Seeding works will continue in designated areas within the reservoir site.
• Works will continue at the Southern SuDS.
• Works to the Eastern SuDS are now complete, with fencing installation taking place this week.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused by the pothole repairs not being carried out last week. Sunderland Council will attend this week to complete the necessary repairs.
