Sewer Network Investigation Works – Somervyl Avenue, West Farm Wynd and Boscobel Close
Following recent investigations of the sewer network by ESH Stantec on behalf of Northumbrian Water, further site investigations are required to better understand the existing ground conditions.
Ian Farmers Associates will commence investigation works on Monday 28 September 2026, with the works expected to take approximately two weeks. The works will take place on and around Somervyl Avenue, West Farm Wynd and to the rear of Boscobel Close.
