Hello All,

Following on from Victoria, I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and the team working for Esh Stantec, partners of Northumbrian Water. I am Esh Stantec's Customer Liaison Officer Alice Blackett and I will be your first point of contact, working alongside Rachel Rutter Customer Liaison Officer and Christine Taylor Customer and Service Delivery Manager.
