Hello all,
Please see below a progress update on our works in South Moor as follows;
Work is currently progressing in the verge adjacent to Hustledown road as we install 225m of new combined sewer and install new manholes and upgrade existing manholes.
Work is ongoing on Park Road leading to Pine Street and John Street as we install 85m of new surface water sewers and install new manholes and upgrade existing manholes.
We recently wrote to residents to advise work is due to commence on Monday 27th October on Rydal Avenue, up to Windermere Terrace to install 150m of new combined sewers and install new manholes and upgrade existing manholes. Work has now been moved to the following week where a road closure will be in place from Monday 3rd November on the junction of Rydal Avenue and Keswick Road. The closure will move throughout works as we make our way up to Windemere Terrace.
