Hello,
At the beginning of 2025 we started early investigations into improving our wastewater network and reducing the number of spills our storm overflows make into the Ouseburn. At this early stage, we are carrying out survey work on the existing wastewater network to better understand its current performance, which will help us to plan the best improvements.
Subject to approvals, we expect to begin construction work towards Summer 2027. The project team will post regular updates as this project progresses and during the construction phase of the project to keep you informed.
