Hi everyone,
We’re carrying out some investigations in your area
At Northumbrian Water, protecting the environment is one of our top priorities. As part of our ongoing commitment, we’re carrying out investigation work to help improve the resilience and enhance the performance of the sewer network.
To support this, a survey team from Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) will be carrying out surveys on our behalf, during the week commencing 18 May 2026. These surveys will help us assess the condition and performance of our existing sewerage network.
The survey to be conducted will be a heritage survey that will identify any areas and items of historical relevance so we can plan to avoid causing any damage or detriment to them during future works.
Employees of Northumbrian Water or MMB will not require access into your home at any time during these investigations. Please also be assured that your water and sewerage services will not be affected while we carry out this work.
