Hi everyone
I'd like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and the team working for Esh Stantec, partners of Northumbrian Water. I'm Esh Stantec's Customer Liaison Officer Rachel Rutter and I'll be your first point of contact, working alongside Alice Blackett Customer Liaison Officer and Christine Taylor Customer and Service Delivery Manager.
Esh Stantec will be carrying out the essential work within your area and over the coming months you will see more of Christine, Alice and I. If you see us, why not stop for a chat. The customer team and site team are eager to keep you informed.
