Hi everyone,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself. My name is Rachel Rutter and I am the Customer Liaison Officer for Esh Stantec, partners of Northumbrian Water. I will be your first point of contact, working alongside Alice Blackett (Customer Liaison Officer) and Christine Taylor (Customer and Service Delivery Manager).

Our contractor, Clearway, will be carrying out essential CCTV surveys to the sewerage network on behalf of Northumbrian Water. To enable this work to take place, our crews will be undertaking vegetation removal in order to access various manholes to the rear of Boscobel Close and Fairfield.

Traffic management will also be in place on Salters Lane, using two-way traffic lights. Clearway will be starting this work on Monday 23 February 2026, and we expect it to be complete within 3 working days.
