From "Westerton Reservoir Abandonment & Pumping Station"

Hi everyone,
Our progress on the Westerton Reservoir Abandonment and Installation of the pumping station is as follows;
The connections to Westerton and Coundon are now complete and have had the two week connection period.
Ferryhill and Kirk Merrington connections are now in place but are not yet being served by the new pumping station until the cross connections and Pressure Reduction Valves are installed.
We have installed the Ferryhill cross connection on Church Lane, Ferryhill.
We will be installing the pressure reduction valves for Kirk Merrington and Ferryhill over the next 4 weeks. 2 way traffic lights will be in place on Merrington Road from Saturday 21st February until Friday 27th February.
Reinstatements of Westerton Village Green are likely to take place in the next 6 weeks.
