Hi everyone,
We’re carrying out survey work to help improve how the sewer network performs and ensure it remains reliable in the future.
To support this work, our partners Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) and Castle Keep will be carrying out surveys on our behalf from 22 June 2026 and throughout July.
What this involves
- Survey work will take place on foot in your area
- This includes measuring land levels, checking roads and connections, and inspecting manholes
- The information collected will help us understand how the network is performing and plan improvements
Access to land You may see survey teams working nearby. We’d be grateful if you could allow access to your land, where needed, so they can complete this important work.
What this means for you
- No access to your home will be required
- Your water and sewer services will not be affected
