Hi everyone
As part of our commitment to provide you a reliable water supply, we are investing £1 million to replace 3km of water pipes in Waren Mill.
This work includes the replacement of pipes that connect our network to your home and aims to reduce the number of unplanned interruptions you and other customers may have experienced due to leaks, and other issues with the older pipework.
We’re carrying out pipe surveys in your area that involve inspecting pipes which may be located on or close to your property.
This work will start on Monday 14 September 2026
Typical working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm
This work will take 2 Weeks to complete
Who is involved:
Our partners United Infrastructure will be carrying out work on our behalf.
Employees of Northumbrian Water and United Infrastructure will not require access into your home at any time during these investigations.
