Hi everyone
At Northumbrian Water, protecting the environment is one of our top priorities. As part of our ongoing commitment, we’re carrying out investigation work to help improve the resilience and enhance the performance of the sewer network.
To support this, survey teams from Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB) will be carrying out Ground Investigation (GI) and trial hole surveys on our behalf, these surveys will begin during the week commencing 21 September 2026 and will continue for up to 6 weeks, with teams moving between multiple locations across Felton and Longframlington.
Employees of Northumbrian Water or MMB will not require access into your home at any time during these investigations. Please also be assured that your water and sewerage services will not be affected while we carry out this work.
