Hi everyone,
Thank you to everyone who was able to attend the Springwell Village Residents Association meeting.
We know how busy life can get, and that not everyone was able to join us this time. To help everyone stay up to date, we’ve attached a copy of the meeting presentation for you to take a look through. You can find this on the right hand side, under 'attachments'.
This includes updates on the key topics we discussed - landscaping, the reservoir roof, access road, SuDS, and other relevant matters.
If you have any further questions, feel free to leave a comment below, and a member of the Project Team will get back to you!
Thank you,
The Project Team

Good morning
Regarding your site just off Peareth Hall Road there has been little or no work done for the last six months and the area looks somewhat neglected. Could you please advise when you are planning to complete landscaping and permanent fencing? In the meantime perhaps you could look to tidy the area and remove unwanted materials. Thank you

Good afternoon David,
Thank you for getting in touch about the working area adjacent to Peareth Hall Road.
We can confirm that we will be returning within the next five weeks to complete the remaining works in this area ahead of the final landscaping and reinstatement work. Once the dates and duration for this section of work are confirmed, we will share an update on the Community Hub.
In the meantime, the site team will revisit the area to tidy up and relocate any materials where possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

In connection with the site just off Peareth Hall Road I was wondering if you are planning to put Christmas lights on the excavator which stands idle for months on end!
Seriously when is the fencing and machine going to be removed and the final landscaping/ fencing completed?

@David Fenwick Hi David, thank you for getting in touch. I can confirm that the excavator has been moved to our site compound for the Christmas period.
The work in this area is still ongoing, and the excavator is required to assist with lifting heavy materials. We’ll return to complete this section in the new year and will share an update on the Hub as we get closer to finishing the work.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Kind regards,
The Project Team

The location of the East Fence was stated as being brought inwards, close to the location of the existing temporary fence. Now that construction of the East Fence has commenced, the location is MUCH closer to the road than proposed. Please clarify the situation.
