We're pleased to share the latest progress from site, where work is continuing to move forward as we prepare for the next stage of construction.
📍 Ground investigations completed
A ground investigation has now been completed at the water's edge. The information gathered will help us finalise the design and ensure the next phase of work can be carried out safely and efficiently.
🔨 Site preparation progressing well
The team has removed 159 stones from the dam area to allow further excavation and prepare the site for the construction of new foundations.
Following the results of the ground investigation, excavation work has now been completed for the foundation bases.
🏗️ Foundation work underway
A crawler crane has been brought onto site to support the upcoming construction activities.
Concrete has now been poured for two of the foundation bases, and work has started on installing the reinforcement and formwork needed for the next stages of construction.

These activities mark an important milestone in preparing the site for the next phase of the project. Our team will continue to progress the work safely while doing all we can to minimise disruption to the local area.
