Project Update 09/06/2026

Good afternoon

We wanted to let you know that Esh Stantec, along with our contractor Green Spark, will be carrying out some survey work in the Benton Lane, Salters Lane and Grassholme areas.

Here’s a quick overview of what’s happening and when:

Grassholme

• Topographical and utility surveys: 19th–20th June 2026
• CSO survey: 30th June 2026
• Our team will be working along the public footpath between Salters Lane and Benton Lane.

Benton Lane

• Topographical, CCTV and utility surveys: 16th–18th June 2026
• Temporary traffic management will be in place, including two-way traffic lights
• Our crews will also be accessing some manholes on and around Ongar Way.

Salters Lane

• Topographical and utility surveys: 23rd June–3rd July 2026
• Temporary traffic management will be in place, including two-way traffic lights
• Our crews will also be accessing some manholes on and around Fairfield.

We’ll do our best to keep any disruption to a minimum and appreciate your patience while these works are carried out.
