Hi everyone,
We’d like to provide an update on our Felton Environmental Improvements project.
Protecting the environment is one of our top priorities. As part of our ongoing commitment, we’ll be carrying out investigations to help improve the sewer network.
Our supply partner, Mott MacDonald Bentley (MMB), will carry out surveys on our behalf during the week commencing 8th June 2026.
These surveys will help us assess the condition and performance of the existing network.
Your water and sewerage services will not be affected while we carry out this work. Additionally, please be assured that we will not require access inside your home at any point during these investigations. Whilst our surveyors may occasionally require access to private land as part of their work, this will be with the prior agreement of the landowner.
