Project Update 06/08/2025

Hi everyone,

An update on the work we are carrying out in your area 

We recently wrote to you about our work to install a new sewer pipe along Bow Street and Gresham Road, and the requirement for completing this work in phases to try and minimise disruption as much as possible. 

Since our last update, Phase 1, 2 and 3 have been completed. As part of the final phase of our work, we need to return to the area of Phase 1 due to unforeseen ground conditions and to ensure smooth transition into the network. This will be called Phase 4.

A road closure will be in place from week commencing 4 August 2025 and we anticipate that this section of the work will take around 7 weeks to complete. Our working hours will be between 8am and 5pm. Once we have completed our work, we will write to you to let you know.

We will maintain emergency access during our working hours, ensuring emergency vehicles can get as close to the properties as possible.
