Hi all,
You may have seen me around Westerton Village yesterday as I spoke to residents regarding the upcoming road closure.
We previously wrote to customers advising we would be starting work within Westerton Village on Wednesday 23 July 2025, using 2-way traffic lights. Due to circumstances beyond our control, it has been necessary to amend our method of traffic management to a rolling road closure.
As of Tuesday 9 September 2025 a rolling road closure will be in place on the road through Westerton for approximately 3 months. Diversion signs will be in place for residents and road users.
We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused and ask for your patience and understanding while we complete these works.
