Hi everyone,
We wanted to provide a further update on the progress of the water booster installation.
Since our last update, there has unfortunately been a further delay to the programme. This is due to an issue with a third-party contractor during the commissioning phase of the works, which has meant progress has not advanced as quickly as planned.
At this stage, we are not in a position to confirm revised timescales. We understand that this lack of certainty is frustrating, however it would not be appropriate to provide a new completion date until we have a fully agreed and deliverable programme in place.
Please be assured that we are continuing to work closely with all parties involved to resolve the outstanding issues and progress the commissioning phase as quickly as possible.
As soon as we have an agreed timeframe for completion, we will share a further update with you.
We would like to thank you again for your continued patience and understanding while we work to bring this project to completion and deliver the intended improvements to your water supply.
