Hello everyone,
Please see below an update of works taking place around South Moor.
First off, we would like to commend South Moor Together, Richie and Jake for taking the time to arrange such a successful Big Spring Clean event and bringing the local community together to help make South Moor a better place. A big well done also to the local community who took the time out of their weekend to lend a helping hand. We think the work this group put into their community on a regular basis is something to be admired. We were pleased to help where we can by providing skips and use of the Old School Site. Well done to all involved!
Excavation works have commenced for the storage tank and surface water basins adjacent to Greenlands.
Works are progressing along Rydal Avenue for the combined sewer upsizing, where we will be commencing install of 600mm concrete pipes.
Surface water swale is progressing with the topsoil being reinstated and works to recommence in the verge adjacent to Hustledown road.
