Hi everyone,
As a follow up to our previous update we can now confirm any emergency repair is underway on Sandy Lane. This will be finalised later today with full backfill and reinstatement taking place later this evening to resolve traffic management issues.
Just to reassure you this is not linked to the Springwell Project. This was an unrelated emergency leak on the water network.

Hi everyone,
We’re aware of emergency works currently taking place on Sandy Lane near the Wagon Inn, and we are in the process of gathering more information on this. We will provide a further updates as soon as we can.
We can confirm that these works are not connected to the Springwell Service Reservoir Project.
